Where We Ship
We ship to most countries within the European Union (EU). If you’re outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact our support team at [email protected] before checkout.
Shipping Options & Costs
Outside Portugal and Spain, shipping is based on destination, basket weight and the carrier’s current weekly fuel surcharge. We cover up to 5% of the product value excluding VAT, after discounts; you pay the difference. The free Standard shipping target is recalculated when the basket changes. Customs handling for the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland is included in the shipping calculation. Separate applicable surcharges remain payable, including when Standard shipping is free. The final charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Easy Returns — 30 Days
Not quite right? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and resellable condition.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package to your door.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Some items (e.g., liquids or perishables) may have shipping restrictions depending on your location.
Duties & Taxes
- Prices for deliveries to European Union destinations include the applicable VAT.
- For goods shipped from Portugal to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), UK VAT is charged at checkout under the specific VAT arrangements that apply to goods moving between the EU and Northern Ireland.
- For shipments to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) where normal import rules apply, import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees may be collected on delivery.
- Other destinations outside the European Union may also be subject to local VAT, customs duty and handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination’s rules and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times displayed on our website and any estimated delivery dates subsequently provided by the carrier are estimates only and may be affected by operational delays, local distribution conditions, weather, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside Bluviva’s direct control.
A delay in relation to an estimated delivery date does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges while the shipment remains in transit and delivery is still being performed.
Where an order has not been delivered within the legally applicable delivery period, the customer may exercise the rights available under applicable consumer law. If the contract is terminated due to non-delivery in accordance with applicable law, Bluviva will refund all amounts legally due, including the applicable standard delivery costs.
